I have several tags on my feet but they are more like grains of sand. If I cut them off, they grow back. Does anyone know what they might be and how I can take them off permanently myself?

You would need to see your doctor to determine what it is exactly, so he can give you the proper treatment.
Reply:"Skin flags" are caused from irritation and can be found anywhere on the body.
The other thing I would suspect would be plantar fasitous. If the skin is painful and not entirely gone once cut off - it's probably that. This can be taken care of with the assistance of a doctor and is treated in a similar was to warts.
