My left eye has a mass of them that are starting to sprout. They are too small and close to the skin to tie anything around them or to clip them, some I can clip, but most are very small and at the starting stages. Most annoying and as they get bigger I feel self conscious about them. Please advise.

Stop eating egg yolks,and animal fat. Breast of chicken ,skinless is good, you have cholesterol deposits, and they are growing and clogging your arteries . the ,"skin tags", will go away,and as they begin to disappear you will know that it's working.your arteries will clear- and if you are like me you will still be here in a few years, ignore this free advice and YOU ARE KILLING YOURSELF. Reply:i have one under m arm pit and i hate it. You need to have it professionally removed by a dermatologist.
Reply:If you scrub it in the shower and scratch it in the shower it'll come off with time.. but it hurts. I removed one.. but another came back like 3 months later. It hurts and for a few days I had a red mark.. but I'm glad I did it. Just be care you don't scratch your eye!
