Pregnant, and noticing skin tags on outside of vagina?

ok sorry if this sounds gross but im way curious if this is normal. I'm 19w 6d pregnant, and have been noticing skin tags on the outside of my vagina, where the pubic hair usually covers. I have been tested for every STD (hpv, herpes, etc.) and all came back negative. So i was wondering if this is normal??? i mean they aren't HUGE , they are really small, but i don't like them.

Skin tags are really common during pregnancy. If you're really concerned, have your doctor or midwife check them out next time you're there. They will go away eventually, though.
Reply:When you are pregnant, the hormones that help the baby grow can also add to your own skin tags and moles, even making new ones. After your baby has arrived, you could have these tags removed. Just speak to your doctor as its not a difficult procedure, just in a sensitive area! Wait until then though, just in case you get any more (sorry!).
Reply:Skin tags are common during pregnancy. But definatly get to your doctor and have them look at them. And just to let you know that when you get tested for hpv at the doctors office, they only check for the ones that are cancerous. There are over a 100 different strands of it. And it is very common to have. So there is still the possibility that it is that. (And I really did not mean to scare you by saying that)

Good luck!
